To Our Guests
Thank you for choosing to stay at “The Cottage at the Old Wood” or “The Rose House.”
To make your stay as enjoyable as possible, please take a minute or two to read through the points outlined below:
- Additional guests – When making your booking you will have received a booking confirmation sheet. Please check that the details on this form are correct. If you wish to have another guest join you for the night, you will be asked to pay an additional $50 per adult per night, and $30 per child per night.
- Check out time – Check out time is 10:00am. Please assist us by leaving on time, or making prior arrangements with your hosts if you require a later check out time. Keys should be returned to the main office as you leave, and we ask that you ensure you have closed all windows and locked the doors.
- Deposit - Bookings require a 50% deposit.
- Payments may also be made via cheque (made out to Cottage at the Old Wood).
Simply print the Rates and Bookings page out and either mail it or fax it to:

- Cancellation Policy - A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking and balance due on day of arrival. Deposit will be refunded in full if cancellation occurs 20 days prior to arrival date. If booking is cancelled less than 10 days prior to arrival date, your deposit is forfeited unless the room can be rebooked.
- Keys - Please return the keys to the office prior to
departure.
- Pets - Please note that pets are NOT permitted in
The Rose House or The Cottage at the Old Wood.
